Arrest Made After Gun and Drugs Found in Baltimore Vehicle

Baltimore, MD – On Saturday evening, detectives in Baltimore’s Western District, while monitoring city watch cameras on West Mulberry Street, spotted an individual with an active warrant entering a parked vehicle. Local patrol officers swiftly responded and apprehended a 20-year-old male before discovering a handgun and controlled dangerous substances during a vehicle inventory. The suspect was later taken to CBIF for processing.

Saturday’s incident took place around 7:58 p.m. on West Mulberry Street in Baltimore’s Western District. Detectives who were actively monitoring city watch cameras witnessed an individual, known to the police as having an open warrant, entering a parked vehicle.

Following the observation, patrol officers were dispatched, successfully apprehending a 20-year-old male who had an active warrant. During a subsequent vehicle inventory, police discovered both a handgun and controlled dangerous substances.
