Philadelphia, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance after a 35-year-old male was fatally shot following an altercation on Federal Street. The City of Philadelphia is offering a reward of $20,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect.
Authorities have described the suspect as a black female, short, with short braids, and wearing a white hooded sweatshirt and dark pants. A second individual, identified as a person of interest, is also being sought in connection with the incident. The Police Department urges anyone with information to come forward.
