MOUNT OLIVER, PA – The Allegheny County Police Department’s Homicide Unit is investigating a fatal shooting that occurred on Amanda Avenue in Mount Oliver.
At 12:30 PM on Saturday, authorities were alerted to the incident where they discovered an adult male shot dead in the doorway of his residence.
Detectives have since secured an arrest warrant for 21-year-old Rasheed Horne on charges of homicide. Horne surrendered himself at the Municipal Court Building earlier this morning.
He is now being held at the Allegheny County Jail pending his arraignment.
