Ohio lottery player wins $500K on scratch-off

MILFORD, Ohio — A lottery player in Milford has won the $500,000 top prize in the Ohio Lottery’s Gem 10s scratch-off game.

The winning ticket was purchased at Meijer Inc #157, located at 1082 State Route 28. After mandatory state and federal tax withholdings of 28%, the winner will take home approximately $360,000.

Gem 10s is a $10 scratch-off game offering a $500,000 top prize. According to the Ohio Lottery, as of Nov. 18, two top prizes remain unclaimed in the game.
