BROOKLYN, N.Y. — An 18-year-old was stabbed and assaulted with brass knuckles during a dispute on the northbound platform of the Broadway Junction subway station early Saturday morning, police said.
The attack occurred around 5:55 a.m. when an unidentified individual confronted the victim and a fight broke out. The assailant stabbed the victim in the back and punched him in the face before fleeing on a northbound A train.

The victim sustained a laceration and facial injuries and was transported to NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County by private means in stable condition. No arrests have been made, and the suspect remains at large as police continue their investigation.
The violent subway attack adds to growing concerns about transit safety in New York City.
