BALTIMORE, MD – Gun violence in Baltimore doesn’t recognize holidays and continued full speed on Father’s Day morning. Hours after a woman was shot overnight during a dispute, Baltimore police officers responded to the area of the 1300 block of Lakeside Avenue for a report of gunfire in the neighborhood.
At around 4:06 a.m., Northeast District patrol officers responded to find a 40-year-old male, unresponsive, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
“Medics responded to the scene and pronounced the victim dead at the location,” the department said.
