37-Year-Old Man Shot on Lima Street in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, PA — A 37-year-old man was injured in a shooting that occurred on Saturday evening in the 35th District, specifically the 300 block of Lima Street, at around 7:40 PM. The victim sustained a gunshot wound to the right thigh.

Following the incident, the injured man was transported to Einstein Hospital by private vehicle. He is currently listed in stable condition. Although a gun was recovered at the scene, no arrests have been made thus far.

The investigation remains active, led by the Shooting Investigation Group, as authorities work to determine the circumstances that led to the shooting and identify any potential suspects.
