NYC Homeless Services Employee Arrested for DWI

NEW YORK CITY, NY — An off-duty employee of New York City’s Department of Homeless Services was arrested and charged with multiple offenses related to impaired driving. The incident occurred within the 61st Precinct at 4:37 PM last Thursday.

Clover Mullings, a 62-year-old male, faces charges of Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, and Driving While Ability Impaired.
