WASHINGTON, D.C. — A man was killed in a stabbing early Wednesday on V Street in Northwest, police said.
Officers responded around 12:20 a.m. to the 700 block of V Street, Northwest, and found an adult male suffering from a stab wound. DC Fire and EMS transported him to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead after lifesaving efforts failed.
The victim was identified as 31-year-old Jonathan Simmons-Miller of Gaithersburg, Maryland.
A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible. Anyone with information is asked to call police at (202) 727-9099 or text 50411.
