Baltimore, MD — A pre-dawn shooting inside a Southwest Baltimore residence left two people dead and two others fighting for their lives Saturday morning, according to the Baltimore Police Department.
Officers were called to the 1800 block of McHenry Street around 5:39 a.m. on December 6 for a reported shooting inside a home. Upon arrival, officers found four adult victims inside the residence, all suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
One male victim was pronounced dead at the scene. A second victim, a 42-year-old woman, was transported to a local hospital, where she was later pronounced deceased. The two surviving victims — an unidentified male and a 26-year-old female — were taken to an area hospital and remain in critical condition.
Police have not released any information about a possible suspect, motive, or whether the victims were known to one another. Homicide detectives have taken over the investigation and are urging anyone with information to come forward.
