BRONX, N.Y. – The NYPD is asking for the public’s help in locating 71-year-old Libby Richman, who was reported missing from her home in the Riverdale section of the Bronx.
Police said Richman was last seen around 3 p.m. Thursday at her residence on Netherland Avenue within the 50th Precinct. She is described as a white female, approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing about 150 pounds, with brown eyes and gray hair.
Richman was last seen wearing a bright lime green jacket.
