Group of juveniles wanted after late-night robbery in Northeast DC
Washington, DC — A swarm of up to 15 juveniles is being sought by police after a late-night robbery on Thursday in Northeast Washington that ended with the theft of high-end sneakers and a designer beanie.
The robbery occurred around 11:49 p.m. in the 2300 block of 4th Street NE. According to the Metropolitan Police Department, the suspects — described as 10 to 15 Black juveniles — stole a pair of Jordan 8 sneakers and a Carhartt beanie from a victim before fleeing the scene. Police have not confirmed whether the group used force or weapons in the incident.
No injuries were reported, and officers continue to investigate. As of Friday, no arrests had been made.
