Man shot during robbery on Rosedale Road leaves victim hospitalized

Baltimore, MD — A late-night robbery turned violent when a man was shot on a Northwest Baltimore street, leaving him injured and prompting an ongoing police investigation.

The incident occurred Wednesday at approximately 11:04 p.m. in the 3600 block of Rosedale Road, where officers responded to reports of gunfire.

Upon arrival, officers found a 37-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound. Authorities said his injuries are not considered life-threatening.

The victim was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Investigators determined the shooting occurred during the course of a robbery. No information about suspects has been released.
