Police are searching for answers after a 24-year-old man was found shot to death inside a business Saturday afternoon

BALTIMORE, Md. — A 24-year-old man was shot and killed inside a business on Park Heights Avenue on Saturday, prompting a homicide investigation in Northwest Baltimore.

Officers responded at approximately 12:21 p.m. to the 5400 block of Park Heights Avenue for a report of a shooting.

When officers arrived, they found the 24-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound inside a business, according to police.

Medics responded to the scene and pronounced the victim dead.

Police have not released the identity of the victim.

Baltimore Police Homicide Detectives are leading the investigation and have not announced any arrests.

Investigators are asking anyone with information about the shooting to contact detectives at 410-396-2100.
