Police say warrants were issued by Howell and Spring Lake Heights
WALL TOWNSHIP, N.J. — A Toms River woman was arrested during a traffic stop in Wall Township after officers discovered she was wanted on outstanding warrants from two Monmouth County municipalities.
According to Wall Township police, Patrolman Alfredo Flores stopped a vehicle on State Highway 138 on Saturday and arrested 29-year-old Crystal Capistran.
Police said Capistran was wanted on warrants issued by Howell and Spring Lake Heights.
She was processed and released on her own recognizance by both agencies.
The charge is an allegation. Capistran is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
