Police say motorist was arrested following Highway 18 stop
WALL TOWNSHIP, N.J. — A Neptune City man is facing an eluding charge after a traffic stop on State Highway 18 in Wall Township, police said.
According to the Wall Township Police Department, Patrolman Kyle Pelech arrested 38-year-old Diemson Lapaix on Saturday following the stop.
Police charged Lapaix with eluding.
He was processed and released on a summons pending court proceedings.
The charge is an allegation. Lapaix is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
