Teen shot in Columbus during marijuana deal gone wrong

COLUMBUS, OH – Last night, November 28, 2021 at 5:58pm, officers were dispatched to the area of 500 S. Cleveland Avenue on a walk-in shooting at St. Ann’s Hospital. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the 19-year-old victim, who was suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg. The victim explained that he went to buy some marijuana and was shot. The victim did not provide officers or detectives any other information. He is expected to survive his injuries.This incident is still under investigation.
