CUMBERLAND, MD – The Cumberland Police Department responded to Greene Street for a report of a motor vehicle crash involving a pickup truck and bicyclist. Through the investigation, it was learned that the bicycle was riding on the sidewalk when the pickup truck was pulling into a parking lot. The bicycle struck the truck. The operator of the bicycle suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital by the Cumberland Fire Department.
