SCHENECTADY, NY – Schenectady Police officers are investigating a shooting incident after they responded to multiple gunshots heard in the Hamilton Hill neighborhood early Saturday morning.
Upon arriving at the intersection of Schenectady and Albany Streets, the officers discovered 14 shell casings, a vehicle struck by gunfire, and a damaged house. The scene was processed by evidence technicians from the Schenectady Police Department, and the incident remains under investigation.
While no one was reported injured during the shooting, the police have not yet identified any suspects or made any arrests. The Schenectady Police Department urges anyone with information about the incident to come forward and assist in the ongoing investigation.
