Police investigating robbery of young woman in the Bronx

NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying and locating an individual wanted in connection with a Bronx robbery on June 5.

At approximately 3:18 PM, at the intersection of East Kingsbridge Road and Grand Concourse, the victim, an 18-year-old female, was walking in the area when she was approached by an unknown individual who forcefully snatched her necklace. The victim did not sustain any injuries during the incident.

The suspect is described as a male with a medium complexion, medium build, black beard, and standing approximately 5’9″ tall. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a white t-shirt, gray jeans, and black and white sneakers. The suspect was also seen carrying a black hooded sweatshirt and wearing a black mask. Notably, he has distinctive full-length sleeve tattoos on both arms.
