MIDDLETOWN, OH – Early Monday morning, two men fell victim to a shooting incident on the 3000 block of Tytus Avenue. The Middletown Division of Police, along with the Middletown Division of Fire, responded to the scene shortly after 2 a.m.

Following a brief investigation, officers determined that a vehicle, believed to be connected to the shooting, fled the scene, only to crash soon after. The occupants of the vehicle fled on foot. Despite a search with a K-9 unit, the suspects remain at large.

Detectives identified one of the suspected shooters as Matthew Andrew Martin, 26. Warrants for Felonious Assault have now been issued for his arrest.
