BROOKLYN, NY – A 42-year-old man was found dead with multiple gunshot wounds in front of 283 East 39th Street, sparking an ongoing police investigation.

On Wednesday, September 6, police arrived at the scene within the 67 Precinct after receiving a 911 call regarding a male shot. Officers discovered the victim, Gotty Jeanty, with multiple gunshot wounds throughout his body. EMS pronounced Jeanty dead at the scene.

No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
