Warrant Sweep Nets Kidnapper, Drug Dealer

ALLEGANY COUNTY, MD – On Friday, the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Police – Barrack C announced the apprehension of several individuals on various charges. Joseph Alan Gordon, 33, from Columbus, Ohio, faces 17 charges including Assault-First Degree and Attempted Kidnapping. He is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.

Jason Andrew Jeffries, 35, and Kennell Lemone Stith Jr., 26, both face Grand Jury Criminal Indictments for narcotics-related charges. Tyrelle Donte Brown, 26, was served a District Court Bench Warrant for failing to follow court orders. His bail is set at $500, but he is being held without bond on other charges.

All individuals were served their respective charges at the Allegany County Detention Center. The operation aimed to target open and active warrants in the county.
