DAYTON, OH – Early on Saturday, Dayton Police Department was alerted by hospital security about a woman who walked in with a gunshot wound to her stomach.

The shooting occurred around 4 a.m.

The incident reportedly originated from Needmore Road in Dayton.

Another individual is said to have assault wounds related to the same event.

The Dayton Police Department is currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
