HIGHSPIRE, PA – William Sanford, a 26-year-old tenant of The Highspire Apartments, located on 47Ann Street, has been charged following an incident last Tuesday.
The Highspire Borough Police Department responded to a report of a disturbance at approximately 2 PM on October 10. Tenants were subjected to physical assault, harassment, and terroristic threats as per the information received by the police.
Sanford was arrested following an investigation into the matter and now faces charges of Simple Assault and Terroristic Threats. His behavior towards other tenants in the apartment building’s hallways led to this legal consequence.
The offender will attend a hearing before MDJ Kenneth Lenker 12-2-02, where the formal legal proceedings against him will be conducted.
