Evesham Resident Arrested for Possession of Illegal Firearms

EVESHAM, NJ — A joint operation by the Evesham Investigative Bureau and the New Jersey State Police TEAMS unit led to the arrest of Brian Price on December 21. The operation involved executing a search warrant at Price’s residence in the Olympus Apartments’ 4 building.

Detectives, acting on a tip, discovered Price in possession of a “Ghost Gun” — an unregulated, un-serialized, and untraceable firearm. The search also uncovered an illegal assault firearm, large capacity magazines, and illicit ammunition.

Price faces charges for possession of a large capacity magazine and acquiring firearm parts to build a gun without a serial number. He is currently held in Burlington County Jail, awaiting his first Superior Court appearance.

The investigation remains active. The Evesham Police Department encourages anyone with information about this case to contact them at 856-983-1116.
