Kayak Found Floating Near Mathis Bridge, No Victims Suspected
TOMS RIVER, NJ – A motorist alerted police after spotting an upside-down kayak drifting near the Mathis Bridge. Authorities responded by recovering the kayak and conducting an extensive search in the surrounding waters.
The search operation concluded with no individuals found in distress, concluding that the kayak was adrift on its own.
