Baltimore, MD – On Tuesday, Baltimore Police Department officers arrested a 34-year-old man during a vehicle stop in the 500 block of North Pulaski Street. The arrest, which took place at 7:08 p.m., was made as the man was found to have an open warrant and was in possession of a handgun in his right inside jacket pocket.
