Retail Theft and Drug Possession at Bravo Supermarket Arrest

On Sunday, the Wilkes-Barre City Police Department responded to a retail theft incident around 4:02 p.m. at Bravo Supermarket located at 402 South Main Street. The perpetrator, identified as Sayyvone Williamson from Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, aged 30, was caught stealing approximately $300 worth of meat products, prompting law enforcement involvement.

Williamson was apprehended by officers at the supermarket without resistance. Subsequently, a search carried out at the time of arrest revealed illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia on Williamson’s person. Following the discovery, the accused was taken into custody and transported to City Headquarters for processing. He was fingerprinted before being released.
