QUEENS, N.Y. – The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect wanted in connection with an armed commercial robbery at a business on Northern Boulevard in Queens.
According to the NYPD, the robbery occurred at approximately 4:28 a.m. Thursday inside a business at 246-15 Northern Boulevard, within the confines of the 111th Precinct. Police said the suspect entered the store, displayed a firearm and confronted a 28-year-old employee.
Gunman fled on bicycle
Authorities said the suspect demanded money from the cash register before fleeing with approximately $100. Investigators said the suspect escaped by riding a bicycle eastbound on Northern Boulevard.
