WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ — Police in Wall made two arrests this Wednesday, which involved drug possession and a DUI incident. Detective Thomas Gavaghan apprehended Vicki A. Blanche, 57, from Wall Township, after discovering she had an active warrant from the Wall Township Municipal Court. Further investigation revealed possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

In a separate incident, Patrolman Hunter Manning arrested Frank Davis, 25, of Toms River, for driving while intoxicated and being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance. The arrest followed a vehicle stop on Route 34.

Davis was processed and subsequently released in accordance with John’s Law, which mandates the impoundment of vehicles driven by intoxicated drivers.
