Baltimore Man Hits $57K Lottery Jackpot Following Dream About Late Father

BALTIMORE, MD — A Baltimore man, known as “Dell,” experienced a remarkable turn of fortune with a $57,777 top-prize win from the Maryland Lottery’s Winning 7 scratch-off game. His win, he believes, was influenced by a vivid dream involving his late father, a fellow Lottery enthusiast.

“Dell” has been a long-time Lottery player, often sharing this pastime with his father. The dream that inspired his latest purchase featured his father presenting him with a lucky number 7 scratch-off. Acting on this premonition, “Dell” visited Frankford Gardens Liquors in Baltimore, where he bought two Winning 7 tickets. His first ticket won him $15, but it was the second ticket that stunned him with a match to the winning number and a prize of $57,777.

Upon realizing his win, “Dell” hurriedly returned home to share the news with his wife. He plans to use the winnings to renovate their home and treat his wife.

Frankford Gardens Liquors, located at 5418 Sinclair Lane, also benefits from this win, receiving a $577 bonus from the Lottery for selling the top-prize ticket.

“Dell” is the second winner of the Winning 7 game’s top prize since its launch on November 24. The game still offers six remaining top prizes of $57,777, along with other prizes ranging from $5 to $7,000.
