Brooklyn man wanted for questioning in Newark shooting

Rayvone Gibson is wanted for questioning after a man was dropped off with gunshot wounds in a car police say he rented.

Newark police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Rayvone Gibson, a Brooklyn resident wanted for questioning in connection with a shooting that took place on Sunday, April 27.

Director Miranda is urging anyone with knowledge of Gibson’s whereabouts to contact the department’s 24-hour Crime Stoppers tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). Callers may remain anonymous.
