WASHINGTON, DC – A stabbing investigation is underway in the 4700 block of Benning Road, Southeast, following an incident that occurred shortly after 9 p.m. last night.
D.C. Metro Police are searching for a suspect described as a Black male in his 30s with a low haircut, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and jeans. He was last seen heading towards 51st Street.
The police are actively seeking more information and have urged anyone who can provide assistance to contact them at (202) 727-9099 or to text a tip to 50411. No additional details have been released at this time.
