New York, NY – A 70-year-old man was assaulted in Harlem early Friday morning when an unidentified individual approached him on the street and struck him in the face, leaving him with visible injuries. The incident occurred around 6:55 a.m. near West 137 Street and Lennox Avenue within the 32 Precinct.
The victim was walking in the area when the suspect approached without warning and delivered a punch to his face. The attack caused pain, bruising, and swelling, according to information released by NYPD Crimestoppers.
