COATESVILLE, PA — A man who stalked and intimidated his former girlfriend over an extended period has been sentenced to state prison after failing to appear for trial and later being convicted in absentia.

On January 15, 2026, Chester County Court Judge Bret M. Binder sentenced David Bracetty to 5–12 years in prison following convictions for Retaliation Against a Witness or Victim, Stalking, Intimidation, and related charges.
