Man arrested after deadly Milton hit-and-run kills 67-year-old

MILTON, DE — Delaware State Police have arrested a suspect in a fatal hit-and-run that killed 67-year-old Sylvester Person of Milford on Saturday morning.

Investigators said the crash occurred in Milton, and the victim has now been publicly identified. The Delaware State Police Troop 7 Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate the case.
