Baltimore, MD – The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred on Wednesday morning, in the Southwest District.
At approximately 9:39 a.m., officers responded to a reported shooting in the 1700 block of Ramsay Street. Upon arrival, they found a 24-year-old male victim in the rear yard with a gunshot wound to the head. Medics pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.
