According to the NYPD, the incident happened at approximately 12:30 a.m. aboard an S59 bus near the intersection of Port Richmond Avenue and Hatfield Place. Investigators said an unidentified individual approached a 17-year-old female passenger and allegedly subjected her to unwanted inappropriate touching over her clothing.
