Detectives with the Special Victims Investigations Division are seeking help in locating Elkin Herrera, who was last seen on Monday, November 24 in the 3300 block of Weeping Willow Court in Silver Spring. He is described by police as 5 feet 3 inches tall, about 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. His clothing at the time he was last seen is unknown.
