  • Two counts of Reckless Endangerment of Another Person (Misdemeanor 2)

Investigators also reported locating firearms inside the residence during the execution of the search warrant.

The Philadelphia Department of Human Services has become involved in the case to ensure the children receive appropriate care and services.

Bail set at $125,000

The Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office requested bail of $999,999 for each defendant.

Following their arraignment, the Philadelphia courts set bail at $125,000 each.

Thomas and Megan Bach are scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing on July 20.
