Washington, D.C. — Authorities are seeking public assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a recent homicide.
On Wednesday, around 12:23 p.m., officers responded to a shooting in the 1300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, Southeast. Upon arrival, they found a man with gunshot wounds who was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim has been identified as 32-year-old Thomas Carlos Felder, who had no fixed address.
Surveillance cameras captured the suspect.
