Police say a bench warrant was issued after a court condition was allegedly violated last month
CUMBERLAND, Md. — A Cumberland woman was arrested on a probation violation warrant after authorities said she failed to comply with a court-ordered condition, according to the Cumberland Police Department.
Police said officers served a bench warrant on Misty Dawn Jenkins, 49, on Thursday.
The warrant was issued after Jenkins allegedly failed to obey a court condition on May 15.
Following her arrest, Jenkins was transported to Central Booking for processing.
According to police, she was later brought before a District Court commissioner and released after posting a $500 bond.
Jenkins is charged with violation of probation.
The charge is an allegation, and Jenkins is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
