Jolee Dragona Torres was reported missing on March 9, according to Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr. Investigators say she was last seen at approximately 8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3, in the 300 block of Summer Avenue.

Ms. Torres is described as White, 5 feet 4 inches tall, and weighing approximately 135 pounds. Authorities noted she has a long scar on her right forearm and was last seen wearing a green jacket, a black hooded sweatshirt, and blue jeans.

Officials say Torres is known to frequent the area of Broadway and 3rd Avenue in Newark and are urging residents in those areas to remain alert.
