**Boston, MA** — At 12:29 AM on Monday, officers from District B-3 in Mattapan conducted a traffic stop at Blue Hill Avenue and Mattapan Street. This led to the arrest of 38-year-old Jeffrey Salvant of Mattapan for firearm and drug-related offenses.
The officers observed a vehicle speeding on Blue Hill Avenue near American Legion Highway. Despite their attempt to stop the vehicle using lights and sirens, the driver continued for approximately half a mile before stopping.
Upon stopping, officers detected the smell of alcohol from the vehicle and noted open containers inside. Jeffrey Salvant, the driver, exhibited signs consistent with being under the influence and was found in possession of a spring-loaded switchblade and two loaded firearms.
A further search revealed a black range bag containing components of an AR-style firearm and a controlled substance suspected to be cocaine. Salvant was charged with multiple firearm and drug offenses, including carrying firearms without a license. He will face arraignment at Dorchester District Court. Additionally, Salvant was cited for several traffic violations, including driving under the influence.

**Boston, MA** – On Tuesday at 1:38 PM, law enforcement officials from District C-11 (Dorchester) apprehended a 13-year-old male on firearm-related charges following a call about an individual with a gun at 197 Centre Street.
The report originated from the Neighborhood Charter School on Centre Street, where students had seen a gun in a vehicle with two juveniles. Officers were given descriptions of both the suspects and the vehicle, which was determined to be stolen.

**Boston, MA** – On Friday, November 8, at approximately 1:17 AM, law enforcement from District B-3 (Mattapan) detained Calvin Horne, 38, from Holbrook, for multiple firearm violations.
Authorities noticed a vehicle traveling at high speed along the American Legion Highway. They pursued the vehicle, which subsequently turned onto Blue Hill Avenue.
The officers identified the vehicle had revoked insurance status, rendering it inoperable on public roads. After initiating a traffic stop, the vehicle decelerated and halted at 19 Wolcott Street.
Upon instructing the driver to exit due to the towing of the vehicle, a search revealed a Phoenix Arms HP22A firearm, loaded with ten rounds. Further search led to the discovery of five knives, one equipped with brass knuckles. Horne faces charges including multiple firearm offenses and motor vehicle law violations.

Fugitive unit officers from the Boston Police Department arrested two individuals, Evan Velez, age 37, and Emmanuel Arnauld, age 30, for firearm and drug-related offenses on Thursday at 3:00 PM. The arrests took place in connection with a surveillance operation near 58 Cedar St., Roxbury.
The officers were on the lookout for Evan Velez, wanted on a firearm-related arrest warrant. Surveillance noted Velez walking toward a pickup truck in a parking lot, where he entered the front passenger side. The officers intervened at this point, removing Velez from the vehicle and taking him into custody.
Upon searching, Velez carried an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency believed intended for drug distribution. Additional investigation led to the discovery of 513 grams of cocaine beneath the driver’s seat of the truck owned by Emmanuel Arnauld, who was subsequently arrested.
Both individuals face arraignment in Roxbury District Court. Velez has been charged with carrying a firearm without a license and conspiracy to violate drug laws, while Arnauld faces charges for possession of cocaine and drug trafficking of 200

**Boston, MA** – On Wednesday, at approximately 11:10 PM, officers from District B-2 (Roxbury) responded to a report of a fire in the vicinity of 170 Morton Street. The response resulted in the arrest of three individuals: 33-year-old Jasen Levoy, 24-year-old Thomas Mullikas, and 25-year-old Augusto Bussio, all residents of Roxbury.
Earlier, at about 10:30 PM, a fire was detected by a Boston Police Sergeant near Franklin Park close to Shattuck Hospital. The sergeant alerted the Fire Department and later observed a second fire, prompting a request for additional support to determine if the fires were deliberate.
Multiple officers, along with personnel from the Boston Police Drone Unit and the Boston Fire Department, arrived at the scene. A drone was deployed over Franklin Park, and three individuals were seen on the golf course near the fire sites. These individuals appeared to throw objects at the drone before fleeing towards Jewish War Veterans Drive.
The trio was intercepted by officers on Jewish War Veterans Drive. They were identified as Jasen Levoy, Augusto Bussio, and Thomas Mullikas and were subsequently taken into custody.
