**JERSEY CITY, NJ** – A 47-year-old man has been charged in connection with a sexual assault and home invasion in Jersey City as announced by Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez. These incidents reportedly occurred on Sunday, January 5, and charges were filed on Thursday, January 9.
Jermaine Adams faces several charges including Aggravated Sexual Assault, Home Invasion Burglary, Aggravated Assault, and Aggravated Arson. He also faces charges of Terroristic Threats and Criminal Restraint. At the time of charging, Adams was already detained at Hudson County Correctional Facility on an unrelated matter.

Errol Allen, a 52-year-old resident of Jersey City, faces charges including the operation of a Controlled Dangerous Substance Production Facility, possession with intent to distribute cocaine and heroin, and possession with intent to distribute prescription legend drugs like Viagra. He was arrested on Kensington Avenue and was taken to the Hudson County Correctional Facility while awaiting his initial court appearance.
Alex Darby, aged 52, from Newark, is charged with similar offenses, including maintaining a drug production facility, possession with intent to distribute cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school, and hindering apprehension.
