**WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ** – Four individuals face charges of drug and weapons offenses following a car stop in Wall Township. On Sunday night at 9 p.m., Patrolman James Yannazzone stopped a vehicle on Highway 33 & 34 near the Howell Township border for a moving violation.

The driver, Erin Bozeth, 45, of Brick Township, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, cocaine, crack cocaine, brass knuckles for unlawful purposes, drug paraphernalia, and implements to defeat a drug test. Erin Murphy, 36, of Atlantic City, faced similar charges, including possession of prescription drugs, along with warrants totaling $4,000 from Lakewood and Middletown.

Robert Trella Jr., 50, of Lanoka Harbor, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, heroin, cocaine, and crack cocaine, alongside a New Jersey State Parole warrant. Ryan Killeen, 27, of Wall Township, was also charged with drug possessions and paraphernalia.

Killeen, Trella, and Murphy were taken to Monmouth County Jail in Freehold after processing. Bozeth was released on a

**Columbus, OH** – The United States Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Damire Harrison, 17, in Lima, Ohio on Thursday. Harrison faced a warrant for his connection to the shooting death of Gene Sutton, aged 19, on November 3.

The incident occurred on the 1400 block of Demorest Road. Police identified Harrison as a suspect and executed his arrest accordingly.

City Employee Arrested for DWI After Accident Involving City Garbage Truck

**Schenectady, NY -** On Tuesday, the Schenectady Police Department responded to an accident on the 600 block of Orchard Street at approximately 8:06 a.m. A City of Schenectady garbage truck backed into a worker loading trash, temporarily pinning him between the vehicle and a pole.

The injured worker was transported to Albany Medical Center and has undergone surgery for his injuries. Following the incident, officers conducted an investigation.

The truck’s driver, identified as 51-year-old Robert L. Thomas from Schenectady, was found to be operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol. He has been charged with driving while intoxicated, both with a blood alcohol content over 0.08 and a general offense, as well as backing unsafely.

Thomas was released on appearance tickets and is no longer employed by the city. The victim’s name has not been disclosed, and he remains in recovery at the hospital.

Suspect Arrested in North Carolina for Murder of Maryland Woman

**Leland, NC** – Raheem Hawkins-Boseman, 23, from Silver Spring, has been apprehended for the murder of Jessica Somerville, 27, following a tip from a citizen. He was captured late Wednesday night in Leland, North Carolina, with the help of the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office and U.S. Marshals Service.

The incident occurred on March 17 at about 2:15 a.m. when officers responded to a shooting on Silver Hill Road. Somerville was found outside a business with a gunshot wound and pronounced dead at the scene. An arrest warrant for Hawkins-Boseman was issued by the Prince George’s County Police Department on March 19.

Preliminary investigations revealed that Hawkins-Boseman followed Somerville from a fast-food restaurant and shot her during a parking lot altercation. It was determined the suspect and victim did not know each prior to the encounter.

Three Arrested in Connection with Fatal July Shooting

**Upper Marlboro, MD** – The Prince George’s County Police Department has apprehended three individuals linked to a fatal shooting in late July. The suspects include 22-year-old Samuel Nnam from Upper Marlboro and two 17-year-old males, one from Hyattsville and the other from Greenbelt. They face adult charges for the murder of 23-year-old Jordan Swan of Bowie.

Officers responded to a shooting that occurred on July 29 at around 1:55 p.m. The incident took place in the 8500 block of Greenbelt Road, located in the unincorporated area of Greenbelt. Upon arrival, police found Swan with gunshot wounds in the parking lot of an apartment building. Swan was transported to a hospital, where he was declared dead shortly after.

Preliminary investigations suggest that the suspects shot Swan during a robbery. It was also established that Nnam was acquainted with the victim.

**Rockland County, NY** – Daniel Dworkin, 44, of Valley Cottage, New York and a Sergeant at the Rockland County Jail, was arrested Monday. The Rockland County District Attorney’s Office charged him with 51 counts each of promoting and possessing a sexual performance by a child.

The case began with a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, leading to searches of Dworkin’s residence and electronic devices. The investigation was conducted by the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and included local law enforcement support.

District Attorney Thomas E. Walsh II expressed the seriousness of the charges, given Dworkin’s role in law enforcement. He affirmed a commitment to child protection and accountability in the legal process.

Dworkin was arraigned in Clarkstown Justice Court, where bail was set at $500,000 cash, $1 million bond, or $1.5 million partially secured bond. The proceedings will continue on November 25, with Gerard M. Damiani III and Joseph Santangelo as prosecutors.

**BERKELEY TOWNSHIP, NJ** – Detectives from the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Strike Force and Berkeley Township Police Department have concluded a month-long investigation into illegal narcotics distribution. William Manser, 44, of Berkeley Township, was identified as a suspect using a local residence for illicit drug activities.

The investigation led to surveillance being set up on the identified location on Thursday. Manser was spotted exiting the residence, and when law enforcement attempted to detain him, he fled on a motorized scooter. Authorities quickly arrested him without incident and found him possessing heroin, cocaine, and oxycodone.

Further investigation by the Ocean County Regional SWAT Team resulted in a search warrant being executed at the residence. Detectives seized more controlled dangerous substances and paraphernalia related to narcotics distribution.

Manser now faces multiple charges, including possession and intent to distribute cocaine, heroin, and oxycodone within 500 feet of a public housing project. The arrest occurred on Thursday at 1:21 AM after officers were alerted to a man in dark clothing attempting to burglarize a vehicle on Old Black Horse Pike.

During the investigation, it was reported that the suspect had burglarized four additional vehicles. The unidentified man managed to gain entry into four unlocked vehicles, stealing various items. Officers located the suspect, identified as Gilbert J. Ferguson, on Landing Road.

Ferguson attempted to flee on foot but was detained after a brief pursuit on Brewer Avenue. Upon detention, he was found with proceeds from the burglaries and was subsequently charged with multiple offenses, including four counts of burglary. Gilbert Ferguson was remanded to the Camden County Correctional Facility in compliance with the New Jersey Criminal Justice Reform Act.

**Wilmington, DE** – The Delaware State Police have arrested Michael Hughes, 51, of Townsend, Delaware in connection with multiple felony thefts that took place over three months at the DuPont Experimental Station in Wilmington.

On November 12, the Troop 2 Property Crimes Unit began an investigation into reports of several thefts from the DuPont Experimental Station at 200 Powder Mill Road. Investigations revealed that between August and October, lab and office equipment worth several thousand dollars were stolen and sold online.

Michael Hughes, a subcontracted employee at the facility, was identified as the suspect. Detectives executed a search warrant at Hughes’ residence, recovering lab and office equipment valued at several hundred thousand dollars.

On November 19, Hughes surrendered at Troop 2. He faced charges of felony theft and selling stolen property with prior convictions. After his arraignment by Justice of the Peace Court 2, he was released on his recognizance.

**Rehoboth Beach, DE** – The Delaware State Police arrested Shakiel Carter of Dover and Tramel Wright of Hartly for organized retail crime at Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth Beach on Saturday afternoon.

On Saturday, at approximately 4:14 p.m., a trooper responded to a shoplifting incident at The North Face, located at 36706 Bayside Outlet Drive. The trooper was informed about a female suspect concealing merchandise. The suspect’s accomplice, a male, had exited the store as the trooper arrived.

The female suspect provided false identification before fleeing the scene, entering a Honda minivan with the male suspect and a child. Troopers found the van abandoned, with the child inside. Witnesses helped find the male suspect, Tramel Wright, who was arrested and found possessing bags containing suspected heroin.

Shakiel Carter, identified as the female suspect, was apprehended at ACME Markets. A search revealed stolen items from Victoria’s Secret and Under Armour, valued over $1,700. Carter and Wright were charged and taken to Troop 7. Carter was held on a $23,050 secured bond, and Wright
