HARRISBURG, PA – A manhunt is underway for a 39-year-old man accused of breaking into multiple businesses in Harrisburg’s Allison Hill neighborhood, after police announced an active warrant Friday for his arrest on three counts of felony burglary.

Celestino Arvelo is the target of an ongoing investigation into a string of commercial burglaries that occurred in one of the city’s busiest corridors. Authorities are urging anyone who may know Arvelo’s whereabouts to contact the Harrisburg Police at 717-558-6900. Tipsters may also use the CRIMEWATCH website to submit information. A Crime Stoppers reward may be available for tips that lead to an arrest.
