Washington, D.C. — The D.C. Metro Police Department is asking for help in locating 11-year-old Zoey Phillips, who was last seen at 4:30 PM yesterday in the 6400 block of N. Capitol St., Northeast D.C.
Zoey Phillips is described by police as a Black female with a medium complexion. She stands 5’8″ tall and weighs 190 pounds. She has black eyes and light brown hair. She was last seen wearing a gray hoodie sweatshirt, a camouflage mini skirt, white and silver New Balance shoes, and a silver purse. Zoey may need medication.
