61-year-old shooting victim expected to survive, Columbus police say

COLUMBUS, OH – On Tuesday, at 12:10am, Columbus Police Patrol Officers were dispatched to the 3900 block of Groves Road on the report of a shooting. Officers located the 61-year-old victim a few blocks away in his vehicle. The victim sustained 3 gunshots wounds. He was transported to a local hospital in stable condition. He is expected to survive his injuries.
